Registration & Payment Announcement for CRYPTOLOGY2026

To qualify for the Standard Registration, the Organizing Committee of CRYPTOLOGY2026 would like to inform all participants of the registration and payment procedures for the conference.

A. Presenting Participants (Paper & Poster Presenters)

Presenting participants are required to complete their registration by the applicable deadline. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the removal of the accepted paper from the final conference programme and conference proceedings.

1. Payment via Local Purchase Order (LPO) / Purchase Order (PO) / Research Grant

  1. Registration (including submission of the Camera-Ready version, where applicable):
    • Must be completed not later than 31 July 2026.
  2. Payment:
    • Participants are required to upload an official letter from their institution confirming that payment will be made through an LPO, PO, or Research Grant. This letter will serve as proof of future payment while awaiting payment processing.
    • If the letter is available on or before 31 July 2026, please attach the payment receipt in the online registration form.
    • Otherwise, participants must send the official letter not later than 15 August 2026 via email to the CRYPTOLOGY2026 Treasury:

2. Payment via Money Transfer

  1. Registration (including submission of the Camera-Ready version, where applicable):
    • Must be completed on or before 31 August 2026.
  2. Payment:
    • Must be successfully received not later than 15 August 2026.
    • If the payment is made on or before 31 July 2026, please attach the payment receipt in the online registration form.
    • Otherwise, participants must send the official payment receipt as proof of payment not later than 15 August via email to the CRYPTOLOGY2026 Treasury:

B. Non-Presenting Participants

1. Payment via Local Purchase Order (LPO) / Purchase Order (PO) / Research Grant

  1. Registration must be completed not later than 15 August 2026.
  2. Participants are required to upload an official letter confirming that payment will be made through an LPO, PO, or Research Grant via the online registration form.

2. Payment via Money Transfer

  1. Registration and full payment must be completed not later than 15 August 2026.
  2. Participants must upload the official payment receipt as proof of payment via the online registration form.

Accommodation Notice

Please note that hotel accommodation at The Pacific Sutera Hotel is not guaranteed after the Standard Registration deadline (15 August 2026). Room reservations requested after this date will be subject to hotel availability.

If rooms at The Pacific Sutera Hotel are no longer available, participants are encouraged to arrange their own accommodation at nearby hotels. The conference venue is conveniently located in Kota Kinabalu City, where numerous hotels are available within walking distance or a short drive, offering accommodation options for various budgets.

Important Reminders

  • Registration remains OPEN for non-presenting participants, subject to seat availability.
  • Walk-in registration for non-presenting participants is also allowed until the conference day, subject to seat availability.
  • To avoid delays in registration verification and hotel arrangements, participants are strongly encouraged to complete their registration and submit the required supporting documents as early as possible.
