Note

  • The fees include the following:
    • Conference Pack,
    • including workshops,
    • conference bag,
    • conference e-proceeding,
    • conference gifts,
    • and related materials.
  • Accommodation at Pacific Sutera Hotel, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (4 nights):
    • Check-in: 31st August 2026
    • Check-out: 4th September 2026.
  • Students will be given double occupancy room. Roommate (strictly same gender only) will be assigned by the secretariat based on request or occupancy.
  • Participants with single occupancy room will be provided daily breakfast for 1 pax only.
  • Participants with double occupancy room will be provided daily breakfast for 2 pax only.
  • All fees come with complimentary workshop and tour to Kinabalu Mountain, Kundasang.
  • Additional charges for any non-participant (relatives, friends, etc.) need to be paid to join the Kundasang Tour.

Early Bird Registration Fee Policy

Participants are eligible for the Early Bird Registration Fee provided that proof of payment is received by the Organizing Committee on or before 31 July 2026.

For participants whose registration fees will be paid through an Official Guarantee Letter (e.g., Local Purchase Order (LPO), Purchase Order (PO), or Research Grant), the Early Bird Registration Fee will also be honoured, provided that the official guarantee letter is submitted on or before 31 July 2026. The actual payment may be made later in accordance with the sponsoring institution's payment procedures.

Participants are encouraged to submit the required documents as early as possible to facilitate timely verification and confirmation of their registration.
