EasyChair instructions for Authors

The submission and review of papers for Cryptology 2026 will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EasyChair. This system gives you, the author, complete control over your submission.

While the procedure is quite simple and thus we do not anticipate users running into trouble, we are happy to help if you encounter problems. Set up an account as an Author

  1. First, you will need to set up an account (username and password) as an author. If you have used EasyChair before,skip this step and proceed to step 2.
  2. Go to https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cryptology2026 using your EasyChair user name and password.

Full paper submission

  1. Click on the "New Submission" link in the top-left corner of the menu.
  2. Fill in the names, affiliations, postal and email addresses of all co-authors and indicate the presenting and corresponding authors. All these fields are mandatory.
  3. Enter the title and abstract in the provided text areas. Note that only plain (ASCII) text is accepted in these fields.
  4. Provide at least 3 (and up to 5) keywords that describe your paper. Please enter one keyword per line. If more than 5 keywords are entered, the Program Committee may arbitrarily select those to be included in the final form of your abstract.
  5. Upload your paper. The paper must be in PDF format (file extension .pdf).
  6. Click "Submit".

Final paper submission

After the final revision, we request that you submit your revised paper electronically.

  1. To upload your final paper, click on "Submission #"
  2. Select “Update file” from the right-hand menu of the Submission screen.
  3. Upload your paper. The paper must be in PDF format (file extension .pdf).
  4. Click "Submit".
